How can I find out if places are available?
If no places are available on a course, a message will appear on the screen informing you of this when attempting to register via the online booking form.  Alternatively, our Training Academy Administrator can be contacted by email or phone 0161 707 0782 who will be able to tell you how many places are available.

How do I book a place?
Go to the description of the course you wish to attend and click the visit our booking system link. Complete the registration form and click Submit.

How can I pay for my course?
Currently, you can pay when registering online through the booking form, simply follow the prompt when booking.  Alternatively, you can pay by cheque or via an invoice on request.

What happens if I am not available for the whole course?
Full attendance is a requirement for all courses. Certificates may be withheld if delegates are absent for parts of the course.

Where can I find out if a course is running near me?
On the booking system, you can search by region. If you don’t see a course near you, please contact

How do I cancel my registration for a course?
Please contact us on 0161 707 0782 and ask for the Training Academy Administrator.

Do you provide lunch?
No. In order to keep costs down, we don’t generally provide lunch so bring a banana and a sandwich.

What if there aren’t any course dates that suit me?
Please contact with the name of the course that you would like to attend and where you live. We will then try to sort something out.
