To help make London the most active city in the world, London Sport has partnered with StreetGames to run free training for young volunteers in North West London. The aim of the training is to inspire young people to get their communities active. The training consists of:

  • an emergency first aid certificate
  • safeguarding module
  • StreetGames multi-sport activator

Alongside this training, London Sport and StreetGames will provide support for the volunteers and their youth groups to run safe, inclusive and fun activities. The 3 day training will take place from Monday 17/02/20 to Wednesday 19/02/20 from 9am-5pm at:

Tarling Road Community Centre
11 Vanderville Gardens
N2 8HU


 StreetGames’ Workforce Development Manager Andrea Livesey said:

To get involved the young person must:

  • Be between the age of 16-25
  • Commit to organising sport sessions for your youth group
  • Volunteer for 1 day at our event on Saturday 4th or Sunday 5th July 2020 (travel provided)
