We want to provide safe and reliable sources of support and information during these challenging times. We have put together this list to help you find your way to what you are looking for. The Mix and Young Minds are sites to direct young people towards. Samaritans and Mind are all age services so could be good for you and also for friends, family and the communities you work with.

We want to help you stay well physically and emotionally and the best way we know to do this is to make sure you are looking after yourself, so you can keep supporting others. That means resting, sleeping and asking for emotional support should you need it through the types of places listed below. Or just check-in for a chat with a friend or colleague to recognise that we are all trying to get our heads around this together.

The StreetGames team have been chatting about what they’ve noticed. Some of us are having vivid dreams, a couple of us have gone to do the shopping without any means of payment. These things indicate that our brains are processing more new information, ways of living and also the threat of illness to our loved ones. This makes self-care and good practices very important.
