Salary Range: £34,676 - £38,470

To do that, we work with community organisations to engage young people from lower socio-economic groups through sport and physical activity at the right time, in the right place, at the right price, in the right style and through the right people.

The role of the National Training Lead is to contribute to the development, delivery and continuous improvement of a quality StreetGames Training and Workforce Development offer.

Working closely with the Head of Workforce Development the role will support the Regional Training Leads to understand the training and resources available to them to meet the needs of the Locally Trusted Organisations we serve, and play a leading role in ensuring StreetGames develops and delivers excellent quality, relevant and informed learning opportunities to develop the workforce and achieve our end game.

Who are we looking for

StreetGames is looking for candidates who will be able to demonstrate experience and understanding of quality training delivery, content development skills and the ability to implement internal quality and governance processes across a national training academy, managing a varied workload. Candidates should be innovative, collaborative and able to adapt to a quickly moving organisation. They should also be detail orientated and able to work with a wide range of internal and external teams, networks and partners.

This role is offered as a full time post. Other options including secondments will be considered in order to attract the right candidate.
