This May, StreetGames is hosting a special showcase event on the topic of 'Social Prescribing for Young People: within and beyond the health system'. 

The event will be open to all practitioners, commissioners, academics and policy makers who have an interest in social prescribing for children, young people and families. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from leading figures, discuss their ideas and approaches, and receive the very latest social prescribing insights, including:

  • Co-designing social prescribing schemes with young people
  • Referral pathways within and beyond the health system
  • Outcome measurement
  • Workforce training and development
  • Funding & financing of local schemes

Free Screening of Resilience:
Prior to the start of the conference, delegates will also be invited to a screening of Resilience - a one hour documentary on The Biology of Stress and The Science of Hope.  This free screening will be introduced by Dr. Sarah Temple and commence at 11.45am.
